Who we are
LeadResponse is a missed-call text-back service operated by LeadResponse, LLC. We provide it to trade businesses (plumbers, electricians, HVAC and similar). When you call one of those businesses and they can’t answer, we text you on their behalf.
What we collect
- Your phone number, when you call or text a business that uses our service.
- The texts you send us, such as the problem you need help with, your name, your address, and when you’d like the work done.
- Call details, such as when you called and whether the call was answered.
Why we collect it
Only to pass your request to the business you contacted, so they can get back to you. We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
These service providers process your information only to deliver the service:
- Twilio, which carries the calls and texts.
- Anthropic, whose AI helps read your texts and ask follow-up questions.
- Cloudflare, which runs our service.
- PlanetScale, which stores the data in its database.
We also send your request to the business you contacted.
Text messaging and your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The service providers above receive only what they need to carry and process the messages.

How long we keep it
We keep your information while the business you contacted uses our service, so it can see your earlier requests. When a business stops using our service, we delete its customers’ information within 90 days. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire.
If you reply STOP, we keep your number on that business’s opt-out list for as long as needed to make sure you get no more texts.
Deleting your information
To ask us to delete your information, email [email protected] or use the details below. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from that business.
